With the PERI UNO formwork system, walls, columns, slabs, beams and stairways are realized using the monolithic construction method. The system offers a suitable and fast solution for forming frequently repetitive floor plans - horizontally or vertically.
The UNO system is characterized through easy and safe handling whereby the low weight is an important factor. The individual panels can be easily moved and transported by hand. Through the use of special wedge couplers, the wall and slab panels are assembled in a very short time.
The individual panels are produced according to project specifications as well as taking into consideration the high PERI quality standards. As a result, all structural dimensions and building shapes are possible.
With PERI UNO, the usual number of re-use for monolithic formwork systems is achieved.
Advantages
Fast and simple striking
The specially-developed striking technology for the wall formwork simplifies and accelerates the striking process. The drophead system allows early striking of the slab. Thus reduces the amount of single parts.
Unique tie technology
The conical-shaped ties only need to be installed from one side and can be frequently re-used. Compared to conventional flat steel ties, at least 50% less ties are required.
Small number of accessories
The low number of accessories accelerates working processes and simplifies on-site material requirements and logistics. Accessories are lost far less frequently than with the use of numerous small bits and pieces.
Reliably tight connections
Sealing profiles on the ground contact area of the wall panels compensate uneven slab surfaces. As a result, concrete slurry is prevented from leaking.
